Our Piano's New Look

Here's the latest shot of our piano which I've been slowly stripping of it's 4+ layers of paint these last 2 weeks. Under the outside layer of metallic blue, there was a layer of metallic green as well as a couple of other colors under that. It turned out to be quite a project. Jack MacDougall from our church is going to help me detail and sand it for a uniform stain in the near future. It's nice to have something to show for all the hard work I put into it. I praise God for His giving me the strength to work with my hands again and I certainly appreciate Jack's initial labor of love on the hardest of it even more now (he started the project for Rebecca and I by taking home, stripping, and sanding as many pieces as would come off. But we never knew how much work it must have been for him until Chris started working on the rest of it. Thank you Jack!). Enjoy!
All Glory to God, Christopher
P.S. By God's grace I was able to do 20 minutes on the stationary bike for the first time in two years today! Praise Him for strength returning as the higher dose of prednisone (now 30mg/day) seems to be working.

YES!! Praise God! 20 minutes is a LOT. Praying for you both - can't wait to see what else is ahead for you!
